After closing out the year with J. Hollinger’s All That Glitters New Year’s Eve 4-course prix-fixe dinner, start 2026 with a New Year’s Day celebration built around comfort, freshness, and abundance. The Rise & Revive New Year’s Day Brunch Buffet features slow-roasted meats carved to order, freshly baked pastries, classic breakfast favorites, and seasonal seafood selections showcasing ingredients sourced by Chef Jerry Hollinger from local farms, fishermen, and trusted purveyors. Guests can enjoy everything from Belgian waffles and crème brûlée French toast to shrimp and grits, gravlax, omelettes made to order, vibrant salads, and a beautiful array of desserts.

In addition to the all-you-can-eat brunch buffet, enjoy à la carte options, including selections from our raw bar and exclusive “20 for $26” specials crafted to ring in 2026.

To round out the experience, our brunch cocktail menu offers sparkling favorites and warm, comforting sips, perfect for the morning after your New Year’s Eve celebration or to simply welcome the new year. Guests can ease into the day with bright mimosas and bellinis, settle in with a bold Bloody Mary or michelada, or recharge with a Flatliner espresso martini.

• Only the Brunch Buffet experience will be offered on January 1st, 2026. J. Hollinger’s will be closed for dinner service and all-night Happy Hour that day.
