“All That Glitters” NYE 2026 Dinner Celebration
Celebrate the magic of New Year’s Eve with J. Hollinger’s at our exclusive “All That Glitters” 4-Course Prix Fixe New Year’s Eve Dinner!
Chef Jerry Hollinger’s specially curated New Year’s Eve celebration begins with an amuse bouche, followed by a selection of exquisite starters. Main course selections feature Roasted Half Organic Chicken with black eyed peas, pancetta, and glazed baby carrots, Red Wine Braised Volcano Lamb Shank with stone ground grits and Brussels sprouts, Chesapeake Bay Rockfish with clams and saffron mussel cream sauce, Squid Ink Pasta with Lobster, peas and uni crab butter, Jumbo Lump Crab Cake Entrée with asparagus and daikon slaw, a vegan Fairytale Pumpkin Risotto, and Grilled Flat Iron Steak Frites with garlic-parsley butter, Old Bay fries, and mixed greens. Concluding the dining experience is a decadent dessert and a gift of housemade chocolate truffles to savor at home.
Menu upgrades are available for those seeking enhanced selections. Premium options include Venison Chop, Prime Angus Beef Tenderloin Filet with potato croquette and creamed spinach, an 18 oz Prime Split Bone Ribeye with kobocha squash and Swiss chard, or an elevated Surf n Turf featuring half lobster and a six-ounce filet with Béarnaise sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes, French green beans, and baby carrots.
After dinner, join us at the bar for a relaxed countdown to midnight with a complimentary champagne toast. We look forward to welcoming the New Year with you.

Price per person: $80 (pre-paid with reservation); tax and gratuity not included. An automatic 20% gratuity will be added to the final bill. Additional menu upgrades and an à la carte raw bar will be offered. Our regular à la carte dinner menu will not be available on NYE.
